1.5 Availability

All products are in stock and ready for same day despatch! Every order received by 4pm from Monday to Friday is processed and despatched the very same day (weekends and bank holidays excepted) No waiting at Topway ! Due to our bulk buying policies we have our shelves absolutely full and with daily stock checks those shelves always stay that way.

2.1 Methods of despatch

We use Royal Mail for despatch on all orders and every order has to be signed for to give total security.

Recorded Mail is a 'signed for' delivery service that takes between 1-3 days

Special delivery is also a 'signed for' service but guarantees next day delivery by 12 noon

If you happen to be out when the postman calls don't worry he will leave you a card so that you can either re arrange delivery or collect it yourself

2.2 Costs

Recorded mail
Spend £35 or more on your order and there are no p&p costs at all!

For orders below £35 we charge £2.99 per order for 1st class Recorded Mail by Royal Mail

Special Delivery
Spend £60 or more and there are no p&p costs!

For orders below £60 we charge £4.99 to despatch your order by Special Delivery

2.3 Delivery Times

Place your order by 4pm Monday to Friday for same day despatch ( except public holidays)

First Class Recorded Delivery takes between 1 and 3 days to arrive

Special Delivery guarantees your order to arrive by 12 noon latest on the next day

2.4 Packaging

Your privacy and peace of mind is very important that's why every order is packaged in such a way to guarantee total discretion and security.

Orders are despatched in plain, padded, well secured mailing bags. The only outside marking is your address label which also shows our return address. Our return address is shown as TW and not TopWay, there will be no way of knowing who has sent you a parcel and what the parcel contains.

2.5 Overseas Orders

Sorry but at this stage we do not accept orders other than from Great Britain. If our policy changes we will note it on our website and inform you by email.

2.6 Non Arrival

Every order has to be signed for so is perfectly traceable.

If using the Recorded Mail service your order should arrive within 3 days and next day if using Special Delivery.

We ask you to allow 7 working days before notifying us of a non arrival to allow for exceptional circumstances and unforeseen postal delays. If after 7 working days your order has still not arrived please contact us

Customer Care

Customer peace of mind and satisfaction is at the top of our list! In the unlikely event of anything going wrong we are here to resolve matters satisfactorily without any fuss or delay!

3.1 Returns and Refunds

We only sell brand new, hygienically sealed products professionally packed and despatched. Every order should arrive to you in good condition and not damaged in any way.

Returns
You have the right to return ANY unopened product in it's original condition and packaging at your expense within 30 days for a full refund. Topway's original postage costs ( whether you qualified for free p&p or not) will be deducted from the refund. Please enclose a short note of explanation and giving your name and full postal address

Damages
If you received your order in a damaged condition please return it, along with a short note of explanation within 7 days for a same product exchange. We will reimburse the cost of the return postage costs.

3.2 Change of Mind

If you notify us before the order has been despatched we will simply cancel the order and refund you.

If your order has already been despatched you may either

• refuse to sign for it in which case it will be returned to us by Royal Mail
• return it to us at your own expense and in both cases you will be refunded within 30 days and be notified by email or post.

3.3 Aftercare

Customer care and after sales care is all part of our service. We hope we have covered most questions and answers for you on our 'Help Me' pages but if there is something you want to know and can't find the answer to then please contact us and we will reply as soon as we can, normally less than 24 hours

How to shop at Topway

We want your shopping to be an easy and pleasant experience, any doubts about our shopping process please follow these handy hints and guidelines.

4.1 Browse

We have grouped our products in easy to see categories shown across the top navigation bar. Your shopping trip can be as quick or as long and relaxed as you want it to be. We have divided the Male and Female products from each other so you can target your shopping to exactly where you want it to be without scrolling down endless pages of items that do not interest you

All products that can apply to both sexes are nicely grouped in clear category headings.

Choose the category that interests you by clicking along the top navigation bar at the top of your screen. Click on the item picture for a larger image, more information and cost.

When you find a product you want to buy click on 'add to basket'. A pop up box will appear on screen confirming your choice. This item will now show in your shopping basket on the right of your screen and you can either continue shopping or go straight to check out. The cost of multi items is automatically calculated and shown in your basket

4.2 Search our Shop

To quick search your product we have included 3 search tools at the top of the screen beneath the navigation bar.

The first search method allows you check for your favourite type of brand. All the products that we carry of that brand will be clearly shown in order. The second search method is the 'A-Z' Product list which shows you a full and complete alphabetical list of every product contained on the site and clicking onto any specific item will take you straight to the 'info and buy now' page. The third search method allows you to type in the particular product you are looking for.

4.3 Place an Order

When you have finished shopping click the 'Checkout' link in your basket and you will be taken to the checkout page where you can clearly see the items and the relevant prices. At this stage you can delete or amend any item if you wish to do so. If you are happy with your choice then you can now click on the 'checkout' button where you will be asked to give your billing and delivery address and then your payment details. Completing the necessary information details is a very simple and quick process and all information given is stored on our ultra secure server.

4.4 Payment Methods

If you happen to make any mistake when entering your card details you will be prompted and guided and informed of what information you need to complete. Your card details are quickly checked by our secure online payment provider and you are informed immediately if your purchase payment has been accepted or denied.

You will receive confirmation that your payment has been cleared and your order is going to be despatched by email to the email address you have given us at the time of purchase.

All your personal details including card details and any other information you give us are kept securely and are not shared with any third party under any circumstances. Our secure server scrambles every bit of information, including all card details, before sending it via the internet. By clicking on 'secure site' on the home page you can double check all our authenticated site security details.

You can also check the site security by looking in your address bar you will see the letter 'S' after http which stands for security ( Example https://www.topway.co.uk)

Another check is the padlock image in either the status bar at the bottom of the browser or to the right of the address bar, dependent on your internet browser version

4.5 Register your account

When you are ready to make your purchase you will be given a choice of creating your own account or not. The choice is entirely yours. If you choose to create an account all it means is that this way we can securely store your personal information so avoiding the need to retype your name and address etc. every time you come online to buy from us. We can even store your previous purchase info to stop you having to type that out again too!

You will need to give your full details along with your email address and create your own password so that only you can access your Topway account. Don't worry if you forget your password by the time you come back, we have prompts and reminders and can email your password to you in seconds.

If you prefer not to create an account that's fine. The only difference being that you will need to re enter your buying details every time you make a purchase.

4.6. Tell a Friend.

Happy with our service, products and prices? Know someone else who might be interested in us and our products too ? If so we have made it easy for you to pass on our site details to your friends if you want to. All you need do is click on the relevant button to access the pre formed email and type in your friends email address then send, its as quick and easy as that.
